WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this course is to provide women in leadership roles, or those wanting to promote to a leadership position with a heightened understanding of how enhanced cognitive skills, emotional competencies, and perspective play a vital role in identifying, analyzing, and executing daily interactions with others. Some of the philosophies and concepts outlined in this course will delve into Introspection, Leadership Characteristics, Communication, Confidence Building, Emotional Intelligence, the “Mean Girl” notion, the Power of Three, and how each serve as an important foundation to develop trust and respect amongst peers, subordinates, superiors, and the public.
